The Unconference at the Creative Lab Festival (CLF) reimagines how scientific research is shared, offering an unconventional, engaging platform to explore the wonders of our sensory systems with national and international experts.

Multisensory Immersive Experience

Step into a world of discovery at the Multisensory Immersive Experience at CLF, where science meets play! Explore how your senses shape your reality through fun games, hands-on experiments, sensory walks, immersive installations, and stimulating stalls.


Dive into spaces that tease your brain with sensory biases and uncover the fascinating ways your sensory systems work. Learn how becoming more aware of your senses can empower you to lead a fuller, more mindful life. Entry to the experience also gives you entry for the dance performances.

All Feelings Are Deeply Intelligent

  • What is the Creative Lab Festival, and what is its purpose?

    The Creative Lab Festival is a week-long celebration at the intersection of art, psychology, and neuroscience. It brings together diverse events like workshops, performances, games, and installations to inspire creativity, promote interdisciplinary dialogue, and showcase the link between art and wellbeing.

  • When and where is the festival taking place?

    The festival will take place from 23rd-26th January 2025 at The Box, Erandawane, Pune. 



  • What is the theme for the 2025 festival?

    The theme for the 2025 Creative Lab Festival is the "8 Senses," exploring audition, touch, vision, taste, smell, proprioception, interoception, and vestibular senses through immersive activities and experiences.

  • What types of events and activities can I expect?

    The festival features workshops, performances, interactive art installations, games, stalls, and discussions. Activities are designed for all age groups, blending creativity and science to offer a unique experience.

  • Is the festival suitable for children and families?

    Yes! The festival has activities and workshops  designed for children, as well as family-friendly events. It is for all curious minds, whatever be your age!

  • Are there discounts for students, senior citizens, or children?

    We have intentionally kept our prices lower than market rates for such experiences and festivals. Kids under 5 years can come in for free. Please carry a valid ID for verification.

  • What does each type of pass include?

    You can buy the following passes: 1) Unconference attendee - for attending the unconference on 23rd January, 2025. 2) Multisensory Immersive Experience: pass for the multisensory experience at the festival that includes access to dance performances, stalls, activities, installations, games, and much more. 3) Individual workshop pass: valid for that particular workshop only. 4) Escape room - valid for one Escape Room experience only. 

  • Can I buy tickets on the day of the event?

    Yes, subject to availability. However, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance to ensure access to popular workshops and events as number of tickets/slots are limited. 



  • What is the refund or cancellation policy for tickets?

    Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you cannot attend, you can transfer your pass to someone else by contacting us at tclf@arisafoundation.org.



  • Who can I contact for general inquiries or issues on the day of the festival?

    Our help desk at the venue will assist you with any concerns. You can also reach out to us at tclf@arisafoundation.org. 

  • What are the festival timings?

    The festival opens at 10am and closes at 8pm daily. Specific timings for workshops and performances will be shared on our schedule page.

  • Is the venue accessible for individuals with disabilities?

    Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible, and we have facilities like accessible restrooms and reserved seating. Please contact us in advance for specific requirements.



  • Are parking facilities available at the venue?

    Yes, limited parking is available near the venue on a first-come, first-served basis. However, we encourage using two-wheelers, carpooling or using public transportation (Nal Stop Metro Station is 3 minutes walk from The Box). 

  • Are there food and beverage options available on-site?

    The Box has a cafe/restaurant offering a variety of options. 

  • Do I need to register separately for workshops?

    Yes, workshop slots are limited and require pre-registration. Visit our booking page to secure your spot.

  • Are the workshops beginner-friendly, or do I need prior experience?

    All workshops are open to all levels and do not require any prior training or preparation. 

  • Can children participate in workshops?

    All of our workshops are open to people of all ages.

  • How can I view the schedule for workshops and performances?

  • Can I volunteer for the festival?
